The Cafe at MOTO is a roastery and cafe built on a simple idea: "Coffee for the rest of us." We roast our own beans in-house and serve European-style sandwiches and charcuterie boards made with premium imported ingredients. Everything is prepped daily, available for a quick grab 'n go or to enjoy right in the cafe. You'll also find a curated mercantile stocked with specialty pantry goods. Need food or coffee for an event? We offer offsite catering featuring our full lineup of specialty drinks, charcuterie, and sandwiches. Plus, if you need a place to set up office, grab a day pass to work remotely from the MOTO Social Club space. Drop by to grab lunch, pick up fresh beans, or set up your laptop for the day.

The Proving Grounds

Before we opened, this was the very first sandwich we put to the test. Named after the iconic GM facility down in Milford, it easily set the standard for everything else on our menu.

The Figaro

Named after the extremely limited, retro styled Nissan convertible from 1991, the Figaro is made with paper thin slices of prosciutto, creamy dill havarti, sweet fig jam, crispy fried onions, arugula tossed in red wine vinaigrette and served on a rustic Italian bread. It’s a delicious blend of sweet, salty with an herbal twist.

The Caprice Classic

Inspired by the classic Italian Caprese salad, this sandwich brings together a sophisticated blend of fresh, vibrant ingredients for an unforgettable meal.

Sink your teeth into creamy, velvety slices of fresh mozzarella paired with sweet, caramelized roasted tomatoes for a rich, sun-ripened depth. To balance the flavors, we add a sharp, tangy crunch of pickled red onion, alongside crisp, peppery arugula tossed in a zesty red wine vinaigrette for a bright finish. It is all tied together with a generous spread of pesto aioli, delivering a rich, herbaceous garlic-and-basil flavor in every bite.
